Effectiveness of ecologically safe disinfectants against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the poultry main bacteriosis pathogens

The aim: study of the effectiveness environmentally safe disinfectants against P. aeruginosa and pathogens main bacteriosis poultry at test facilities.
 Materials methods. To antimicrobial action investigated a mixture epizootic cultures E. coli, aeruginosa, S. aureus, typhimurium, isolated from poultry, bacteriological studies were carried out on objects: galvanized iron, wooden bars (painted unpainted), red brick, cutouts plaster, size 10 × cm.
 Results. working solutions new disinfectant "Dezsan" studied in comparison with control agents: "Virocid" "Bi-dez" concentration 0.01; 0.1; 0.25; 0.5; 1; 1.5 % relation to suspension typhimurium. In this case, it was established, that agent showed an effect rough objects after exposure for 3 hours 0.1 %, 0.25 - 1 hour. On smooth surfaces, neutralized bacterial preparation effective surfaces hour, (brick, plaster) 0.5 or more. solution all types hour concentrations higher; growth not detected when using solution.
 Conclusions. Environmentally "Shumerske sryblo" compared ones ("Bi Dez" "Virotsid") show active respectively, aureus typhimurium different production which justifies feasibility their use based principle rotation prevention pseudomonosis
